Angereichert mit einer 5%igen Konzentration von Urea, einer Substanz, die von der Haut natürlich produziert wird, um ihren Feuchtigkeitsgehalt zu regulieren, wirkt als Keratolytikum, löst die Verbindungen zwischen abgestorbenen Hautzellen auf, verbessert die Zellablösung und glättet so die Kopfhaut.
